Our platform offers fantasy sports contests based on real-world football matches. By participating, you agree that:

• You are competing based on skill, knowledge, and strategy
• Lineup decisions must be made before contest deadlines
• Scoring is based on actual player performance using our published point system
• Contest results are final once matches are completed and scores are verified
• We reserve the right to void contests due to technical errors or extraordinary circumstances
• You will not use automated tools, bots, or services to gain unfair advantages
• You will not collude with other users or engage in coordinated lineup strategies

5. Scoring and Results

Fantasy points are calculated based on our published scoring system. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but you acknowledge that:

• Official statistics from third-party data providers may be corrected after initial publication
• Score adjustments may occur if stat corrections are issued by official leagues
• Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of contest completion
• Our decisions on scoring disputes are final

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent rules or restrictions

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on FantasyZoneCast, including text, graphics, logos, software, and data compilations, is the property of FantasyZoneCast or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on our platform
• Remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary markings

8. Third-Party Services and Data

Our platform integrates with third-party services for statistics, player data, and match information. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data. You acknowledge that:

• Third-party data providers may experience delays or errors
• We rely on official league statistics for scoring
• External links are provided for convenience only
• We do not endorse or control third-party websites

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FantasyZoneCast and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Actions of other users
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Errors in scoring or contest results

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FantasyZoneCast from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your breach of applicable laws or regulations

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through:

• Initial contact with our support team for informal resolution
• Binding arbitration if informal resolution fails
• Governing law of the jurisdiction where FantasyZoneCast is registered

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

12. Modifications to Terms

13. Termination
